1. Barrel Liner / Protective Rubber Mats (Most Frequently Worn Component)

8. Auxiliary Consumables (Often Misclassified as Accessories)

Abrasive sizing screens, baffle meshes and discharge guide plates degrade from continuous friction. Fan impellers and air ducts lose balance when coated with dust, amplifying vibration and fatigue across the whole machine.

9. Practical Management of Wear-Prone Parts

  1. Create a parts log and define inspection intervals based on operating hours; stock critical spares to avoid emergency downtime.
  2. Distinguish scheduled consumables from condition-based replacement items: filters, gaskets and belts are better kept in stock; liners, bearings and baffles are replaced according to inspection findings.
  3. Dust is the primary driver of premature failure: maintain proper negative pressure to reduce particle ingress into bearings, seals and transmission areas.
  4. Do not wait for obvious noise to trigger maintenance: most early wear is visually detectable; minor scheduled repairs prevent major overhauls.
